On April 12, 2017 the round table “Epizootic status of welfare of Ukraine as a result of the veterinary medicine services activity and the threat of modernity” was held at the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine under support of the Committee on Agrarian Policy and Land Relations of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection, National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine.
The people’s deputies of Ukraine, representatives of ministries, leaders and representatives of professional associations, public organizations, international associations and representative offices, higher educational institutions of the agricultural profile were invited to the meeting.
Talks and discussions were devoted to the issues associated with the epizootic situation in Ukraine concerning range of infections, including African swine fever, and search of approaches for solving them.
