Accreditation and certification of laboratories “Research Training Center Animal Disease Diagnostic” NAAS Institute of Veterinary Medicine.
Laboratory “Research Training Center Animal Disease Diagnostic” the Institute of Veterinary Medicine of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine accredited in accordance with the requirements of ISO / IEC 17025: 2005 in the Slovak National Accreditation Service (SNAS). SNAS is a signatory to EA MLA and ILAC MRA in the relevant field of accreditation.
The main purpose of laboratory accreditation to ISO / IEC 17025: 2005 is the international recognition of the results of the research.
The main objectives of management and each employee of the laboratory is:
- effective and efficient identification, the needs and expectations of our customers and other stakeholders (employees of the Institute, suppliers, society) for competitive advantage;
- compliance of the requirements of international and national standards;
- achieve, maintain and improve the overall performance of the institution and its possibilities;
- ensuring the security of society due to the high reliability of the test results;
- Cost reduction through the use of funds to prevent the occurrence of nonconformities;
- continuous improvement of professional skills of staff;
- international recognition of the results of our tests.
Our quality policy meets the requirements of ISO / IEC 17025: 2005 (hereinafter the Standard). Its main provisions are as follows:
- a) we provide reliable information about the quality and safety of the studied material;
- b) we are able to demonstrate the validity of our test results at any level;
- c) we hold constant professional practice in accordance with the technical requirements and management requirements of the standard, and maintain high quality testing during customer service;
- d) we are committed to the maximum satisfaction of the interests of customers and support their confidence, impassive during the test and protect the confidentiality of information about the work performed;
- e) the provision of services described in section 1 of the Quality Manual, are only recognized at the international and national levels, test methods, measurement techniques certified, calibrated measuring instruments and attorneys. This ensures confidence in the reliability of our test results;
- f) we pay our appropriate attention to technical equipment and competence of personnel, the timely detection of any deviations from the requirements of the standard and the quality management system, the choice of the most effective ways to address them;
- g) we have carefully planned monitoring of the quality of work performed, knowing that prevention of errors has an advantage over their elimination;
- h) we oblige each employee involved in the testing, to get acquainted with the quality policy, quality management system documentation, and adheres to established policies and procedures;
- i) the quality of our principles are reflected in the current documentation. They brought to the attention of all laboratory personnel and required study, implementation and improvement;
- j) management of the Institute of Veterinary Medicine NAAS, represented by the Director, shall comply with the standard and to continually improve the effectiveness of the quality management system
The introduction of quality management system and its support of the policy approved by the Director of the INM NAAS, carried out by strict compliance with the provisions of the Quality Manual and related documentation.
Responsibility for the implementation of quality policy in the practice of ICM is assigned to the Director of the Institute.
The overall objectives are reviewed at management review.
Senior management of the Institute is able to provide evidence of the implementation of commitments to develop and implement a quality management system in the form of results of internal and external audits, and the current certificates of accreditation. Evidence further refine the quality management system are developed at the Laboratory improvement projects, as well as the results of the implementation of recommendations to improve the cast during internal audits.
Guide ICM brought to the attention of the laboratory staff the importance of meeting the requirements of the customer, as well as the requirements established by law and regulations. If the customer’s requirements conflict with the requirements established by laws and regulations, the latter are crucial in decision making.
The Quality Management System is controlled by ICM, which is done through a system of internal audits, with the participation of personnel suitably qualified and independent of the type of activity that is subject to audit, external assessments of complaints and inspections leadership.
Guide ICM maintains the integrity of the management system in the planning and implementation of changes to the quality management system by bringing to the discussion of issues related to all relevant staff of the laboratory, with the obligatory presence of a quality manager.
